We are looking for Hr Assistant Manager for a global client operating in Energy Industry.

Manages all functions of the HR management including recruitment, talent management, performance management, training, C&B and Turkish laws and regulations,

Responsible for planning and establishing HR systems ,

Responsible for setting HR strategy and policy,

Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security and other applicable laws,

Preparation and follow up the headcount plans in accordance with the company budget,

Providing employee satisfaction and engagement through effectively planning of HR functions,

Support the company organization and strategy to achieve the best results in terms of corporate targets,

Supporting employees of all level through training and development programs depending on the organizational needs,

Sustaining employee engagement by employee opinion awareness and create internal communication opportunities to build cross relations,

Managing industrial relation process.


Bachelor’s degree,

Minimum 8 - 10 years experience and last couple of years spent at managerial roles in a manufacturing company,

Collective Bargaining Agreement experience,

Strong knowledge of Turkish HR laws and regulations, wage/salary and benefits administration, union etc.

Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization,

Good negotiation skills with third parties,

Strong analytical and problem solving skills,

Strong planning and organisation skills,

Used to work with different cultures,

Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,

Fluent level English,

Residence in Asian side of Istanbul is preferred,
