We are looking for a Merchandiser for our customer, who is a leader in sport segment in Retail industry,

QUALITY;

- Ensure the quality and the safety of the products, in charge of with suitable customer satisfaction on the mind.

- Manage suppliers on quality process improvement.

- Manage and validate products' quality at launch and in production.

- Support the improvement of sustainable development by managing the suppliers on the environment and human responsibility in production.

PURCHASE;

- Deploy the worldwide purchase policy in dedicated area.

- Daily manage the relationship with the suppliers for the benefit of the best cost/supply/quality ratio

- Build sustainable relations with industrial partners and manage sourcing activities to develop future supplier panel.

DEVELOPMENTS INDUSTRIALIZATION

- Evaluate subcontractor's industrial processes performances.

- Delevop and industrialize products ensuring manufacturing process stability and reliability.

- Manage and validate pre-productionby ensuring compliance with our production process requirements.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

- Support and manage continuous improvement and LEAN effort in partners.

- Evaluate industrial performance indicators on the field.

- Along with factory teams, build and support the development plan.

SUPPLY;

- Animate industrial partners on supply indicators.

- Ensure the right capacity management according to company needs.

- Ensure that the right quantities of products are avaliable in store at the right time, the right place, at the right price.
