We are seeking motivated tutors in the Warrington area who are passionate about stepping into education. Ideally, candidates will either have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans tailored to students' learning styles
- Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and record attainment levels using our internal reporting system
- Deliver engaging sessions to support various learning styles
- Drive measurable outcomes from each session to gauge impact
- Collaborate with educational and care stakeholders to ensure comprehensive student support
- Adhere to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines
Desired Experience:
- Experience tutoring one-on-one or in small groups
- Constructive reception to supervision and correction
- Experience in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions
- Experience working with SEN students, disengaged youth, or looked-after children
Essential Qualities:
- Inspirational, effective, and flexible communication skills
- Competent IT skills with access to a laptop/computer, audio, and visual tools
- Stable broadband and internet connection
- Ability to develop meaningful relationships and motivate students
