Role: Account Manager (J761)
Location: Commutable to Maidstone (in the office 1 day per week)
Salary: £35k-£45k basic (depending on experience) + Commission + Car

Our client is an emergency response specialist helping clients in their time of need to build their business back up and put their livelihoods back together. From humble beginnings our client has established themselves as one of the UK's largest contractors in disaster recovery, emergency response and environmental management.

They are now looking to grow their sales team with the addition of a motivated and driven account manager who can pick up on inbound sales leads, generate new revenue but more importantly establish long lasting relationships with key accounts.

Account Manager - The Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for picking up on inbound enquiries with potential key accounts, carrying out surveys and generating quotes and establishing working relationships with relevant stakeholders whilst mapping and growing the account.

As well as account management, the successful candidate will network within their accounts to establish account growth and potential new clients.

You will need to:
• Establish and grow solid and effective working relationships with key accounts
• Identify development potential in existing accounts through mapping activity
• Gain referrals within existing accounts as well as with potential new accounts
• Develop and close sales opportunities by making initial presentations, establishing client needs and requirements for service
• Work against set targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Maintain accurate information and sales activity on the CRM system

Account Manager - The Candidate

The ideal candidate will not be phased by new challenges and will be sales and customer focused.
