Are you an experienced account manager, looking for a new challenge? Have you an interest, knowledge or experience within the construction industry? Are you commercially astute, with proven success of managing key accounts, tender proposals and client presentations?
If so, please read on as I have a really exciting opportunity for you to work with some easily recognised, national clients, within a highly successful and growing business, that started in the MDs garage...

An Account Management role as arisen within the Gloucestershire area, offering a package of up to £45,000 and company car.

You will be the face of the business, both office based and on the road, helping to establish the brand of the business across the construction industry with both account and stakeholder management. Creating and delivering tender processes and presenting to clients - working directly alongside the MD, you will need to be able to be commercially astute, be able to demonstrate that you can think quickly and have the ability to show initiative, someone that can get a job done - both under pressure and to deadlines.

*Company car (BMW)
*Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal performance
*Exposure to some of the largest construction clients and projects in the country
*Free on-site parking
*Office and field based
*Travel expenses

Key Responsibilities:
*Key interface between major clients and all company divisions
*Lead tenders for major projects - ensure all business units work as a team
*Create and deliver presentations to key clients and projects
*Negotiate rates on major projects
*Report and manage key performance indicators across all major clients and projects
*Communicate strategy and direction effectively across the business to meet future demands
*Promote and drive continuous improvement
*Support Directors in business planning/strategy
*Ensure the business meets the demands of the future by providing continuous feedback from client needs
*Maintain industry/competitor intelligence
