Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager? Are you currently working for Digital Healthcare Agency and want to move in house?

Our client is the leading online global destination for physicians and healthcare professionals worldwide, offering the latest medical news and expert perspectives. They are looking for Account Manager to support their growing team in their London Office. The role offering salary in line with experience circa £33,000 p.a. plus bonus.

The Account Manager will be responsible for the support of day-to-day management of digital promotional campaigns. The role will directly support our Global Account Management team, and the candidate will be expected to help organise and coordinate global campaigns across many developing markets, cultures, and multiple time-zones.


* Project/Timeline Management
*Creating and managing project timelines in digital project management system
*Management/facilitation of internal review process using ProofHQ system
*Daily timeline maintenance to provide accurate picture of resourcing needs so that projects can run smoothly and on time
*Client Support
*Support for regular client-facing communications -including adherence to client communication practices, preparing and distributing client status reports, preparing and disseminating contact reports
*Translating client needs and expectations clearly across internal development teams
*Supporting overall client satisfaction by providing a positive customer service experience
*Internal Team Liaison
*Meeting consistently with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables, including project brief development, supporting internal kick-off, brainstorming and internal review meetings.
*Escalating potential project issues and delays to senior team leaders

*Experience with a combination of digital, agency and healthcare experience.
*Experience which can be a combination of account management and project management.
*Passion for customer service and for ensuring that our physicians and clients have the best experience possible
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, responsible and result driven, solid communication skills
*Excellent organisation and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems like WorkFront)
*Knowledge of internet technologies
*Knowledge of marketing-related creative process (marketing or agency experience preferred, especially within the pharmaceutical industry) a plus
*Experience with medical/legal review process within pharmaceutical industry strongly desired; equivalent experience in a highly regulated industry may substitute
