Are you an experienced Accountant or Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry? Have you got experienced auditing NEC contracts of contractors defined cost? A leading, multidisciplinary consultancy based in the heart of London are seeking and experience Construction Accountant to join their well established team working directly with a top client. We are looking for a talented individual who is experienced in the cost assurance and verification of Defined Cost incurred on NEC contracts under Option C.

Requirements:



* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
* Chartered status or working towards chartership
* Relevant experience on major construction or infrastructure projects
* Experience working in a client side or main contractor environment
* Client facing

Responsibilities:



* Auditing NEC contracts of contractors defined cost
* Cost verification
* Representing a dynamic consultancy from within the client offices
