Temp Accounts Assistant
9 months

Immediate start £12p/h
Putney SW15 & Richmond


* Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.30pm
* Salary £23k - £24k - Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading company
* Long term secure work
* Possible perm opportunity if wanted
* Immediate start
* Role will first be based in Putney and will move to Richmond in September, once office refurb
* Direct public transport route

Your responsibilities include:



* Purchase Ledger - Enter, Pay & File Rent invoices
* Returning deposits to Tenants
* Bank and post checks through Qube systems
* Post and process tenant deposits to deposit account
* Preparing monthly and quarterly draft statements and liaise with property Management for approval
* Run, print & post demands each month
* Responsible for direct debits
* Filling and general admin duties as required.

Requirements



* Excellent understanding of lettings & Residential property management
* Well developed interpersonal and oral communication skills
* Desirable to have Qube system experience
* Good Numerical skills
* Ability to work as a team player
* Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
