A growing media agency based in The City has an exciting opportunity accounts payable clerk to join their growing team. Reporting to the Senior Accounts Assistant the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Processing at least 250 invoices per week
* Reviewing the end of week paperwork submissions
* Inputting all invoices in an accurate and timely manner to avoid any delayed payments.
* Reconciliation and resolution of Debit Balances on supplier accounts.
* Liaising with all suppliers, including GBP and USD suppliers
* Liaising with External Auditors, and assisting with any queries and investigations
* Preparing accurate payment runs to be presented to the senior management accountant for approval.

The successful candidate will have:
* Can speak fluently in either French, Spanish, German (Essential!)
* At least 6 months experience in an accounts payable role
* Experience working in a high volume high pressure environment
* High attention to detail
* Strong Excel skills
* Strong communication skills
