My client is a leading facility management firm in the Yorkshire region. With their head office based in Leeds, they work with property developers, landlords and commercial clients throughout the UK. From complete fit-outs to ad hoc support, no project is too big or small.

They take pride in our flexible approach, enabling clients to tailor there services around their needs and are currently growing their vibrant team at their Head Office in Headingly.

Role: Administrator

Salary: £16,000 - £17,500

Location: Headingly, Leeds

Role Purpose:

To provider first class support and administration to their busy and rapidly growing office team.

Key Responsibilities':

* Sourcing Contractors for Nationwide Facilities Jobs
* Maintaining the job schedules
* Appointing Engineers to jobs
* Data input on Excel
* Dealing with queries
* General Administration duties
* Purchase orders, quotes
* Providing a Helpdesk service
* Answering inbound calls
* Dealing with escalated complaints
* Maintaining the maintenance day book, ppm schedules and liaising with the customer/client


* Confident and professional telephone manner
* The ability to work under pressure
* Attention to detail
* A natural flair for problem solving
* Have a empathetic but business minded approach
* Hard working and ambitious
* Previous experience within Facilities/Construction is advantageous
