Administrative Assistant

Maidenhead

£15 - £19 per hour

Do you have previous pharmaceutical experience?

Understanding of SOPs, compliance ABPI?

Description:



* Administrative duties
* Schedule travel, appointments and meetings
* Processing payments
* Coordinate office space and office organisation
* Maintaining paper and electronic files
* Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests
* Uploading contracts in database
* Type correspondence, compile data for expense and statistical reports
* Typically requires approximately 5+ years of experience

Desirable skills



* Good IT skills Oracle and Zinc maps would be an advantage
* Ability to pick things up quickly
* Experience supporting a team office and field based
* Fast paced environment experience
* Good communication skills
* Solutions focused
* Good attention to detail
* Proactive, will matrix work in a team of 4 people doing similar jobs
