Are you an experienced Administrator? Looking for your next temp - perm position within the Bristol area?

Our client, a leading Facilities company are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

The successful applicant will be undertaking general Administration duties, front of house entry and Exit of staff to site duties.


* Deal with all typing, basic minute taking, filing, archiving and other general administration duties
* Order supplies for the office when necessary.
* Handle invoice queries, posting certificates of conformities to third parties
* Report invoice queries and handle invoice payments.
* Organise conference room bookings and welcome visitors on to site.


* Standard DBS is required.
* Previous experience within a Administration position
