Are you an experienced Administrator? Looking for you next temp to perm position within the Bradley Stoke area?

We have a temp - perm position available within a leading housing provider, the successful applicant will be responsible for all data input and Invoice raising

Responsibilities:



* Dealing with data input and uploading delivery notes
* Submit invoices to the necessary clients, obtaining supplier quotes
* Upload supplier quotes onto internal systems for client approval
* Deal with general Administration duties
* Liaise with clients regarding payment of invoices
* Compile contact review pack
* Liaise with other branches in regards to timesheets

Requirements:



* Experience in Administration previously is ideal
* Have experience in dealing with invoices is a bonus
