Are you an organised and skilled Administrator looking your next challenge? Are you keen to work for a market leader and become a valuable team member?

We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Administrator working on a 6 month rolling contract in the Denham area. This role will be based within the supply chain and customer service department - working with a team of 10 people - providing quality administration and customer service support to the team and external customers.

Hours and Pay Rate:



* 09:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday to Friday
* Up to £11:00 PER HOUR!

Responsibilities:



* Providing quality admin and customer service support to the team and external customers
* Entering orders on to SAP
* Dealing with engineer job sheets regarding repairs and the calibration of equipment
* Updating the customer database
* Invoicing
* Arranging deliveries and collections
* Raising credits
* Dealing with inbound calls regarding replacement parts

Requirements:



* Strong computer skills
* Accuracy
* Customer service experience
* Good telephone manner
* Organised
* Flexible
