ADMIN - DUNDEE - 1 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT

This role will involve assisting with the day to day administration for the team, and provide support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team.

General administration to include:



* Prepare figures for monthly directors meeting
* Prepare paperwork for review letters and update system
* Prepare KYC questionnaires/letters then update system
* Process payment instructions
* Process ISA applications
* Check quarterly fee report
* Admin work re transfer/closure of accounts
* Update safe custody spreadsheet
* Update CAPS system
* Print CGIX reports/cash balances/stock holdings/valuations/research notes
* Client data update
* Update portfolio valuation system
* Adhering to Conduct Risk standards

This list is not exclusive and there may be additional duties to perform.

* Good knowledge of business processes and procedures relevant to role.
* Takes accountability for own work and completes all tasks in a timely manner. Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Supports more junior and senior team members as required.
* Adapts to change quickly and easily.
* Able to prioritise workload and identify when they need support to achieve goals

Experience:



* Previous administration experience is essential - additional training will be provided.
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.
* Ability to type preferred but not essential
