Administrator required to the Main London Office working Client Side across MULTI-BILLION POUND projects in the UK!

You will be supporting the ProjectManager as well as the office staff on a day to day basis.

This will be on a temp to perm basis looking to really invest into someone looking for career progression working for this outstanding company!

Rate varies between £100-£120 per day PAYE depending on experience

Responsibilities:



* Acting as first point of contact on reception and answering incomming calls
* Monitor and interpret expenditure on site services ensuring bills are checked and paid on time.
* Manage site set up files and assist the Contracts Manager with any administration functions needed
* Monitoring the company's generic email accounts
* Manage the collection of CIS labour only new starter information
* Assist the Contracts Manager with professional membership renewals
* Assist surveyors with administrative functions including filing, printing and photocopying.
* Processing labour only subcontractors invoices which includes verification with HMRC and setting up accounts with our online invoices system
* Resolving all queries and processing weekly invoices for payment
* Approve invoices for payment or raise the necessary invoice queries
* Monitor and interpret expenditure on site services ensuring bills are checked and paid on time.
* Administer the hourly and weekly paid payroll, timekeeping and labour allocation systems
* Follow goods received and plant hire routines as defined by the project accounting system, working to weekly and monthly costing systems.
* Approve invoices for payment or raise the necessary invoice queries

Successful candidates must have:



* Previous experience working on site or in a project office
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
* The ability to multitask
* Good attention to detail


It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
