Administrator - Orpington (Kent)- Part time - Long term contract

Are you hard working, reliable and customer focused?

Our leading Construction client based in the West Yorkshire area are seeking a Receptionist Administrator on a long term contract basis.

* Saturday 9am- 5pm (every week) Sunday 8am-3pm (every other week)
* Excellent working environment
* Training provided
* £9.71 + Holiday Pay + Pension

Duties Include:


* Provide an excellent and helpful service to customer and client enquiries by telephone and e-mail in a professional, prompt and courteous manner adhering to the Companies policies and procedures.
* Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and engineers in order to maintain service standards.
* Ensuring that all relevant information is recorded onto the appropriate system.
* Giving helpful information and advice to customers, attempting to soft-fix their repairs issues over the phone.
* Handling complaints and passing the information on to senior colleagues.
Any other admin duties required by the department.

Experience needed:


* Excellent communication skills.
* Accurate data entry skills.
* Capable of working on own initiative and part of a team.
* Call centre experience ideally.
* Comprehensive IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook.
* Positive attitude.
* A willingness to learn.
