Administrator - Immediate start - £8.10p/h

Moocroft Quarry, Billacombe Rd PL9



* Monday - Friday 06.00AM - 14.00PM
* Salary £8.10 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading company
* On site parking
* Long term secure work
* Immediate start

Your responsibilities include:



* Controlling the sites electronic and hard copy administration and filing
* Weekly pay and reporting
* Daily production and waste reporting
* Raw material usage reporting
* Stock control electronic processes
* Processing of purchase orders and related administrative upkeep
* To ensure all drivers and visitors are wearing appropriate PPE.
* Ensure that any new drivers and visitors are inducted and aware of site rules
* Be aware of professional responsibility towards health and safety, use of PPE, reporting accidents, incidents and near misses.

Responsibilities:



* Experienced in working in an office environment
* Confident when working and dealing with people
* Self-motivated, with initiative and proactive approach
* Competent using electronic business MRP systems
* Competent using a workplace PC, word processing and spread sheet applications
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relations with others
* Detail and results orientated with strong personal values to succeed
* Highly organised with demonstrable planning and delivery capabilities
