Operations Administrator - Merstham (Redhill) - Full time - Temporary to Permanent - Leading Company

Are you a proven Administrator looking for a challenge in 2019?

Are you professional, organised and customer focused?

Our leading Construction client based near Redhill are seeking a motivated and customer focused Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis (permanent after probation)

Working within the office operations support team, you will play a key role in administering processes to ensure operation run smoothly and effectively.

* Immediate start available
* Full time hours (Monday to Friday) either 7:30am to 4pm or 8:30am to 5pm
* Excellent company and working environment
* Temp to permanent
* Neg salary up to £27k pending experience


* Deliver excellent customer service at all times and be the first point of contact for customers internally and externally at all levels
* Liaising with suppliers to order materials, PPE and Plant equipment for projects
* Liaising with construction sites to chase site paperwork and order forms
* Obtaining and checking supplier quotes
* Project planning support - materials and plant
* Checking and processing sales invoices
* Filing and systems management
* General phone and email enquires
* Any other general duties reasonably required by the company

Experience Needed:

* Proven Administration experience
* Solid IT capability including Office applications
* Professional, motivated and driven
* Previous project support, construction support or simulate such as procurement
* Good levels of attention to detail and organisation
* Immediate to start or short notice
