Administrator

Are you looking for a permanent job? Do you have administration experience? Have you worked with cars before?

A large construction company is looking for a fleet administrator to join their head office in Rickmansworth on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is paid on an hourly rate at £15 and the permanent salary is £30,000.

Fleet/Car Management experience is essential.

Responsibilities:



* Updating documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
* Processing new starters
* Inputting relevant information onto the system
* Managing licences
* Managing accident reports
* Closing damage processes
* Office Archiving
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Monitoring emails, ensuring they are dealt with quickly and effectively
* Maintaining accurate records of vehicles using fleet systems
* Carrying out administration duties
* Producing reports
* Successfully meeting fleet queries

The ideal candidate will have:



* Excellent communication skills
* Advanced IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Fleet management experience
* Customer service experience
* Accurate data inputting skills
