Administrator

Administrator - Rushden - Immediate start

Are you an experienced Administrator, Accounts Assistant or Customer support Administrator seeking long term secure work in Rushden?

Our leading property client based in Rushden are seeking a motivated and professional Administrator on a long term basis. Working within a team environment, you will provide Administration support to an accounts function investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies (accounts payable). The role involves, issue resolution, investigation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, running of reports and general administration



* Immediate start available
* Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
* Weekly pay
* £10.26ph + Holiday Pay
* Excellent working environment

Key Duties include:



* Query resolution, dealing with invoice queries
* ensuring correct action is in line with current process and policies.
* Assist with internal management reports
* Manning the centralised email inbox
* Liaise with site managers/procurement/suppliers to resolve queries
* Matching good and services to correct Purchase order numbers
* Flag and monitor procurement on all invoices/deliveries received without a purchase order
* Promote and monitor where needed goods receiving and accurate recording of deliveries/collections by sites
* Identify common and reoccurring issues and escalate to management

Experience Needed:



* Proven Administration experience
* Experience in investigating & resolving issues
* Accurate and confident written and verbal skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good IT skills (Microsoft) and
* Experience in Oracle would be an advantage but not essential
* Strong levels of attention to detail
* Professional and motivated
* Immediate to start or short notice
