Administrator

Operations Administrator - Shepton Mallet - Immediate start - leading Company

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge for 2019?

Are you professional, highly organised and looking to work with a market leading company?

Our leading construction sector client based near Shepton Mallet/East Cranmore are seeking a professional, driven and motivated Administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a busy and varied role, working as part of the onsite administration team, you will provide admin support to all site operations to ensure the site runs smoothly including accounts stransactions, Health & Safety Administration



* Immediate start available
* Monday to Friday full time 8am to 5pm
* Temporary to permanent after probation
* Up to £20k-£22k basic with salary reviews
* Excellent company and office base
* Full training and progression provided

Duties Include:



* Product checks - Systems checking
* Liaising with internal department to correct discrepancies - logistics and internal sales teams
* Monitor stock levels - ensure customer order fulfilment
* Provide on-site operational data to internal departments - HR, Accounts and sales team
* Transnational processing - Process purchase orders Raise, receive and amend purchase orders
* Management information reports - Monitor site spend against budget and local purchase logs.
* Assist management with on-site heath and safety management - checking and logging
* General administration - Filing, scanning, emails and general phone calls

Experience needed:



* Professional, motivated and keen to learn
* Able to work under pressure when needed
* Financial and budgetary understanding
* Health & Safety understanding - ideally to IOSH standard
* Self confidence and Self motivation/initiative
* Flexible attitude
