Are you an experienced administrator, seeking your next contract in the Taunton area?

The successful candidate will need to have a can do attitude and be able to deal with processing transactions efficiently and effectively.


* Answer & act upon all telephone calls received from all internal & external clients, suppliers, lease companies and sub-contractors
* Raise purchase orders for parts/fluids/consumables/sub-contractors & overheads as requested for your workshops
* Process supplier invoices
* Process invoicing to 3rd Party & Internal clients for your workshops
* Scan inspection/service sheets & job cards and any other relevant compliance paperwork onto databases and send out to clients for your workshops
* Undertake 6 monthly stock takes for your workshops
* Process fitter's timesheets & stores issues daily onto the database for your workshops
* Uploading of invoices onto systems for your workshops
* Vehicle Maintenance History creation for your workshops
* Reconcile quarterly overheads report
* You will be responsible for a minimum of three workshops based across Somerset & Devon (shown below) with the main roles & responsibilities identical across both admin positions available


* Be fully conversant with Microsoft office
* Experienced in solving client queries
* Be organised & structured in dealing with your workload, reacting to changes in priorities and deadlines
