In addition to your salary, management is offering Team Managers:

As an Advanced Children's Practitioner, you will focus on ensuring best practice throughout your team and the wider service, as well as managing a small, complex caseload of your own. Via training, development and research, you will provide mentoring and support to colleagues and student social workers.

To undertake this role, you will need:

- Commitment and enthusiasm to add value to our Children's Service

- Front line experience as a qualified and registered social worker

- Mentoring/coaching experience to help your colleagues and students thrive

- The ability to support colleagues in fostering a learning culture

- Resilience, to manage situations of a challenging nature
