Product Owner - Sidcup - £40,000 - £55,000 + excellent benefits

Are you a Product Owner with strong technical and Agile experience? Are you keen to join a growing, respected organisation in the not for profit sector? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you...

They are building a new Product team to build and deliver a range of new Web based customer portals and services. They'll achieve this with a mix of in-house and 3rd party development teams.

The role can be based in either Sidcup or Stratford, with occasional travel required between both locations.

As Product Owner you will:-



* Have full Porduct Ownership experience
* Create the detailed development planning necessary to achieve the goals of the product road map
* Create the user stories necessary for agile software development
* Create and manage backlogs
* Set the development priorities, based on value and size and manage the product backlog
* Attend customer meetings to understand the stakeholder requirements and priorities
* Monitor the teams' progress in achieving the road map
* Design and implement the necessary development processes, coaching the team to adhere to them
* Communicate relentlessly with all stakeholders and team members to ensure that everyone is appropriately informed and involved
* Provide coaching for the development teams in order to assist them to develop high quality software in an efficient and effective way
