I am currently recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer for one of the UK's largest FM companies.

Job Title: Engineer - Chiller / Air Con Engineer
Place of Work: Mobile throughout the Midlands (124 sites)
Type: Permanent
Min Advertised Salary: 29,000
Max Advertised Salary: 33,000 plus company van and fuel card

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00

On call: 1 in 5 weeks with £100 fee

Overtime: Available

Looking for candidates home location in and around Birmingham

Contract: Working within a technical communications contract.

Main responsibilities:



* PPM
* Reactive work on A/C and chillers
* Servicing
* Repairs
* Fault finding
* Compressor changes
* Leaks
* Minor fabric duties

Key skills and responsibilities:



* Must hold NVQ/City and Guilds in air conditioning and refrigeration
* Must hold FGas
* Would also look at time served A/C engineer with apprenticeship

Benefits:



* Holidays: 25 days annual leave
* Pension: 5% EE % ER
* Sick pay: 20 days per rolling year after passing probation.
