Air Conditioning Engineer - Woking, Surrey - Permanent - Up to £38,000 + Overtime

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in a well known building in Woking. The successful candidate will be from an A/C background but also has qualified knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical maintenance and also a proven track record in commercial building (i.e commerical offices, banks) maintenance experience. He or she will be required to work alongside the maintenance team on site and the duties will include carrying out M&E / Fabric planned and reactive maintenance.

This is a permanent role and you will have the opportunity to be offered or interviewed for the permanent position on site, which will pay up to £38,000


Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm


* Basic Salary of £38,000
* 25 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

* Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.


* Chillers - Condenser changes, re-gasing
* Splits/Multi-splits - Filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
* VRV/VAV/VRF - Filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
* Refigeration - Walk-in freezers & fridges
* Heat Pumps
* General building services tasks
* Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment, chlorifiers, Emergency lighting, basic plumbing
* Working as part of the maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client


* Apprentice Trained
* F-Gas
* City & Guilds qualifications
* Electrical - City & Guilds Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent (ideal not essential)
* Client Facing
* Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
