Anti-Social Behaviour Service Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Anti-Social Behaviour Service Manager based in a Local Authority in North London.

Post: Anti-Social Behaviour Service Manager

Rate: Circa £455 - £460 a day

We are looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Service Manager to provide the corporate lead role on anti-social behaviour and provide assurance and guidance to all services and agencies in the borough who may provide a response to anti-social behaviour.

The main duties of the role are as followings;



* Plan and ensure service delivery within a complex / diverse service area. Control operational activities within the service area and ensure professional standards are delivered.
* Manage responses to complex professional or politically sensitive issues within the area of responsibility.
* Work closely with senior partners in Police, Housing and Housing Associations to ensure consistent and effective response to incidents of anti-social behaviour.
* Plan, direct and coordinate activities to identify and implement service functions, projects and initiatives to fully exploit commercial opportunities and maximise generated income. Research, develop and pilot new Commercial opportunities.
* To develop accurate and auditable management reports including the development and implementation of databases, data collection systems and data analytics.

Requirements



* A comprehensive and operational understanding of anti-social behaviour and enforcement powers that can be used.
* Knowledge of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
* Successful operational management experience of an enforcement team in the relevant regulatory field. Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary high profile and successful team
* In depth knowledge and understanding of the range of legislation relevant to the Section at a policy and practical level.
