A nationally successful Housing Association is looking for an experienced AP Clerk to join their team on a 3 - 6 month contract in Preston.

Your Package

- Full Time Hours; Monday to Friday
- £10 - £13 p/h

Your Responsibilities

* Matching, checking and coding invoices
* Processing expenses
* Filing Invoices & statement
* Data Entry
* Dealing with VAT codes

Your Skills and Experience

* Need someone who is able to deal with codes quickly and accurately
* Will receive paper claims with receipts attached, the successful individual will be able to decipher quickly if it is a VAT receipt or not
* Will have to recognise what is a valid claim (subject to signatures)
* Had previous experience with expenses
