* You will be home based and issued with surveys remotely on a daily basis.
* You will arrive at your pre-booked appointments and carry out the management survey using the scope and template you will have been provided with to carry out your surveys.
* Other jobs allocated may also include surveys to communal areas also.
* Using TEAM's or Alpha-Tracker type software to carry out surveys and upload remotley on a daily basis

About You:

* You must hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualifications and have at least 12 months survey experience on commercial type properties.
* You will also have your own toolkit and transportation to get from site to site.
