Previous experience as an operations manager or leader with in a water treatment delivery program is essential. You will be looking after the asset management or water and power frameworks, overseeing front end delivery teams from MEICA and IMA backgrounds and managing a asset management team through out the remainder of the contracts.

* Oversee the operational and maintenance function across existing water frameworks and ensure the after care of assets is maintained.
* Work alongside and support functional delivery leaders across Asset Management, Professional Services and Design Build P&Ls to achieve the strategic and financial objectives.
* The positions will involve business development, service delivery and technical Maintenance function, working closely with existing project teams and delivery asset management teams.
* Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
* Have a keen interest on costs and programs and complete all tasks in a costly and timely manor.
* Develop a team of asset managers and improve the functionality of the asset management aftercare business, across water treatment frameworks and energy contracts.
* This role will require the direct management of project/contract managers and delivery professionals whom in turn with be managing a blend of MEICA and IMA staff (permanent and via supply chain)
* Develop software information and programs to manage the asset delivery afros the desired sectors
* Being able to work as part of a bid team
* Work with and manage our MEP consultants and sub-contractors alike to ensure deliverables are met within the bid period.
* Being able to verify values and carry out reconciliations from the tender returns from the supply chain,
