My client currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Surveyor on a permanent basis, this project will encompass a range of Housing properties.

General responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role will include:

* To attend property Inspections and complete condition surveys to establish building condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components.
* To carry out a detailed survey of each property and update the data.
* To assist in validating previously completed surveys.
* To report back on information collected to the management team.
* To update the housing associations information on housing stock condition to assist in programming and compliance with the Decent Homes Standard.
* Completing the stock condition data collection forms with the information gathered from the surveys.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor.
* Knowledge of RDSAP and SHQS Surveys
* Desirably educated to HNC Standard in Surveying or a related discipline.
* Sound Technical Knowledge in regards to building refurbishment and repair works.
* An organised and methodical approach to your work.
* A self-starter, reliable and can be trusted to deliver to targets.
* Good IT skills.

The position will be for a permanent role.
