Are you an Assistant Building Surveyor, seeking a permanent job with an international company?

My client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Bristol office with great training and progression opportunities.

* Supporting across a number of projects in different sectors and being able to provide a range of building surveying duties.
* A basic understanding of standard forms of building contract, such as JCT and NEC.
* Understand the principles of quality, safety and the environment within the management of projects
* Supporting the senior managers in their day-to-day activities.
* Carry out surveys, inspections, schedules, provide professional services and the management of schemes across the Southwest of England and surrounding regions.


* A B.Sc (Hons) in Building Surveying or a similar degree accredited by RICS.
* A working knowledge of AutoCAD, NBS and survey capture technology (ipads)
* Sound technical surveying knowledge and building surveying experience.
* Sound knowledge of drafting technical documents
* Full understanding of Health and Safety requirements
* Excellent time management, punctuality and commitment to getting the job done
