My client is a huge tier 1 main contractor with an extensive order book and stable career history. They are seeking candidates who show ambition and carry a strong work ethic for an Assistant Commercial Manager position on a £1bn new build commercial office in Central Manchester.

This is a very interesting and exciting project. For the right candidate, we can pay between £40,000 - 50,000+ package.

Key Requirements:


Experience of having worked for large Main Contractors.


Show excellent communication skills and able to communicate appropriately with all levels of personnel.

* Obtained an industry relevant degree or a background in the relevant sector.

* Able to work in Central Manchester.

* Advanced knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
