What are your responsibilities?

* Promote a healthy lifestyle through appropriately stimulating activities
* Deputise for the house manager, including duties such as staff training, appraisals, rota planning and more
* Be a caring role model
* Supporting young people in their residence and out in the community
* Providing support with personal care - don't be afraid to step in and lead by example
* Be willing to progress in your career through continual professional development, including enrolment to the NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management course which we will fund!

What is required?

* Some care experience at a senior capacity
* Full time flexible availability
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Drivers preferred
