Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a major residential project in West London. The project consists of over 1000 residential units split over several phases with RC Frame and an estimated build value over £300mil.

The role is to be site based working on the first phase consisting of 450 residential apartments built over 2 RC Frame blocks up to 16 storeys, circa £110mil total value.

You will be responsible for reporting into the Senior QS on site and assisting on up-front procurement and pre-con work and moving on to commercial package management including variations, valuations, payments, cost reporting to final accounts and claims.

* At least 1 /2 year experience working within a QS position in the UK
* An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
* Main contractor/developer experience desired but not essential
* RC Frame experience needed

* Computer literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid commercial acumen
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
