Assistant Site Manager - Groundworks / RC Frame - West London

An experienced Assistant Site Manager is required to oversee the groundworks & frames package for the first 12 months on a new build project in Acton, West London. The scheme consists of several RC Frame towers and is valued at approximately £50m. The project has just started on site and will complete in June 2020. The successful candidate will have experience of working as part of a team on projects £5m+ in value. It is essential that the Assistant Site Manager has experience of groundworks / RC Frame packages and also ideally be from a Civil Engineering background.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a Site Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
