Assistant Site Manager- Residential Developer

Are you an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking for a new challenge in a company that can offer a healthy pipeline of work with huge potential to grow and develop as seen by many of the staff currently there?

My client, a leading developer with over 60 years experience is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a project with over a years worth of work. Reporting into a Site Manager you will be responsible for assisting the delivery of the units.

The site, in Bedfordshire, is easily accessible by Private vehicle and is close to other developments already live and upcoming.

Key Skills

* Experience within the new homes development industry, having worked for a house builder
* Understanding of NHBC Regulations
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong communication
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
