My client, a leading developer with over 100 years experience is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join the business at an exciting point with several schemes in their infancy lasting several years. Reporting into a Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the team.

The sites, half an hour from Central London towards Essex are easily accessible by Public Transport and by Private vehicle.


* A basic salary depending on experience

The individuals will be an integral part of the team to help deliver the project which has the potential to offer promotions and progression due to the pipeline of work the business has.

Key Skills

* Experience within the new homes development industry, having worked for a housebuilder
* Internals experience from first or second fix to handover
* Commercially aware and focused on delivering to targets
* Strong leadership skills
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
