A highly regarded Traditional House Builder is on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a medium sized luxury development in the York area. They are looking for someone who is knowledgeable of the whole build process and is looking for progression within the brand. You will be already at the level where you are able to Assist the Site Manager, also taking some responsibility with the role.


* A salary of £35,000- £40,000

Qualifications and Experience:

* Experience working as an Assistant on large residential projects
* Excellent health and safety management skills
* A good track record through build process
* Knowledge of NHBC guidelines
* Excellent communication skills
* A current CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Valid Driving Licence

As an Assistant Site Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager with the Management and Health and Safety on site. You will have experience in dealing with customers and also being delegate jobs to help this.
