Are you looking for an exciting opportunity where you can use your strong relationship and new business account management experience skills to take on a lucrative portfolio of Key Accounts? Do you have prior experience in B2B Research, Consulting, and Expert Network advisory sales? If so, we are currently recruiting for an Associate Business Development - Director to lead the new business development strategy for a formidable brand based in the City of London.

The Associate Business Development Director will enjoy an active book of business and will be tasked in ensuring all accounts are maximised by keeping an active pulse on the clients needs, whilst leading the new business sales strategy.

You will work on sale of business research, consulting and network expert advisory solutions working with exceptional brands across the UK and wider afield. These solutions provide industry professionals with the information they need to be better informed decisions about what is happening in their chosen market place.

Benefits:

Excellent starting salary £50,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped Commission, taking on an account base of lucrative accounts opening you up to immediate opportunities for financial success

Duties:

*Develop, own and implement a sales strategy plan in assigned territories aimed at significantly increasing new members
*Meet personal and team quarterly and annual sales and activity targets.
*Develop membership sales pipeline and report on sales status weekly, monthly and quarterly.
*Segmenting and prioritizing assigned territory for maximum results.
*Developing a high volume, 'challenger' led sales style and lead with excellent knowledge about procurement and the industries that procurement operate within
*Working collaboratively with marketing and research teams to gain the necessary support to optimize sales success.

The Requirements:
*Minimum of 5 years experience within sales or commercial environment
*A top quartile sales background in advisory/professional services
*Experience in selling solutions to C-level executives.
*Managerial potential with the personality to inspire team members and colleagues by leading by example
*Strong personal impact and ability to be highly credible in front of senior executives
*Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
*High degree of determination and ability to perform under target pressure
