I am currently seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Senior QS aspiring to be an Associate to work in the heart of London. We are seeking an experienced, ambitious individual to work on a variety of projects across London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Pre and Post contract services
* Attend site meetings
* Produce documents to tender
* Contract Administration
* Valuations
* Cost Management

REQUIREMENTS:



* Preferably MRICS
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
* Experience working in either a consultancy background
* Experienced in both pre and post contract work
* Excellent client facing abilities
* Experience working on residential, commercial or education projects
* Tenacious attitude, with a desire to succeed and progress in their career
