I am delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's most successful and highly respected Construction Groups in their search for a Bid Manager.

Successful candidates will join a growing Pre-Construction team that is focused on delivering the highest quality and ultimately successful bid process across a broad range of sectors including commercial and mixed use developments, education and student accommodation, heritage, local authority frameworks, inner-city residential, senior living, industrial and research.

Key responsibilities:



* Lead in new bids from concept through to fruition ensuring offers are clearly articulated, cost estimate is adjudicated and signed off and final submissions are reviewed
* Produce a bid strategy and brief tender team
* Ensure correct selection of subcontractors and suppliers for key packages and organise distribution of tender documents/amendments for appropriate parties.
* Develop presentations to potential clients using graphic design skills and utilise external graphic designers and printers
* Responsibility for the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations, ensuring that written work is clear, concise and compelling.
* Ensure that final tender information is entered on Salesforce and attend hand-over meeting briefing the team on tender bids

Candidates must have a demonstrable track record delivering succesful Bids on projects from £5 - £50m, with a solid understanding of the full Project lifecycle. A collaborative approach to working with multiple internal and external stakeholders is essential.
