BID WRITER needed for the pre construction team for a main contractor based in Maple Cross. working closely with the Division Director, Head of LL team, Pre- Con Managers, Technical Services Manager, Project Managers and Designers, collate the information required and the production of both Bid and Collateral documents from prepared formats

* ​Day to day focus on resolution of complex problems where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
* Roles at this level would usually have full ownership for one or more processes, or products and may also be considered analytical or procedural "experts" representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
* Responsible for either workflow supervision for small team and/or for providing advanced technical or clerical services.
* Support the Pre construction team to manage Landlord's 2018 Marketing Plan and budge
* Working with the Marketing Department to identify and create supporting collateral for the Business Development Team E.g. Brochures, case studies, Landing Pages

Successful candidates must have:

* Ability to demonstrate a strong background in administration and document management.
* Use of Company CRM system- support of Directors with input and usage.
* Proficient user of Microsoft office.
* Experience with using BOX/ drop box, we transfer.
* Experience of producing presentation and other documents in InDesign (capable to take templates and create documents)
* Professional manner & appearance.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Great attention to detail, and a proactive manner.
* Ability to maintain strong working relationships and communicate effectively with internal colleagues (particularly engagement for site staff) and external clients.
