Billing Clerk

£11-12.50 per hour

Randstad are currently working closely with a reputable SME in Welwyn Garden City who require a Billings Clerk on a temporary basis to assist with expanding projects. Working within a small, close knit billings department, the successful Billing Clerk will be support the wider team with invoicing, data input, queries and other adhoc finance responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



* Inputting invoices and raising a high volume of invoices
* Ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner
* Dealing with queries and discrepancies
* Working on a large scale projects

PERSON SPECIFICATION:



* Confident and proficient with Excel and Sage 200
* Experience working within billings/wider finance function
* Excellent communicator and a hard worker
