Building Manager - Leading Managing Agent - Brand New Commercial Office - London - Up to £50k + Package

How does the sound of managing a brand new, luxury 250,000 Sq Ft trophy building which embraces its surroundings in the popular St Pauls area?

The role will involve the Building Manager to head up the mobilisation on this exceptional new build as well mentoring an Assistant FM and outsourced service providers.


* This role offers the chance to work on a brand new trophy building located in a popular spot in Central London
* Working with some of the countries leading corporate occupiers, as well as prestigious retail tenants.
* Excellent development opportunities within the organisation, allowing a real opportunity for career progression.


* Preparation, management and reconciliation of a service charge budget in excess of £2.5 million
* 5* customer service provision and delivery
* Daily tenant and client liaison
* Management of front of house and soft service contractors on site
* Fit out and project works management
* Undertake regular building inspections
* Management of health and safety provisions across the building
