Building Manager - 250,000 Sq. Ft Multi-Tenanted Building - West End - Up to £50k + Package

Are you an experienced Building Manager, who would like the chance to manage a brand new build, located in the West End?

I am currently for an experienced Building Manager, The role will involve providing a 5* FM service to a variety of tenants, whilst delivering hard and soft service contractor management, health & safety management, service charge budget management and daily tenant liaison.

* Annual service charge budget management with preparing, monitoring and reconciling a service charge of £1.8 million.
* Daily client and tenant liaison.
* Overseeing fit out/ refurbishment works whilst ensuring tenants are minimally affected.
* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site.
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's.
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Prepare management reports for on site staff.
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants.
* Undertake regular building inspections.
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery.


* IOSH / Nebosh qualification
* MBIFM - Member of BIFM (Desirable but not essential).
* Managing Agent experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to manage a brand new build. This role is paying a salary of up to £50k + Package.
