Building Manager - 150,000 Sq. Ft Multi-Tenanted Commercial Building -West End - Up to £45k + Package

Are you an Assistant Building Manager, looking for the next step in your career?

Would you like the opportunity to manage a 150,000 Sq Ft multi-tenanted commercial building, located in the heart of the West End?

I am currently recruiting for a Building Manager, to provide a 5* service to an array of corporate tenants, whilst delivering hard and soft service contractor management, health & safety management, service charge budget management and daily tenant liaison.

* Annual service charge budget management with preparing, monitoring and reconciling a service charge of £1.2 million.
* Daily client and tenant liaison.
* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site.
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's.
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Prepare management reports for on site staff.
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants.
* Undertake regular building inspections.
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery.


* IOSH / NEBOSH qualification
* MBIFM - Member of BIFM (Desirable but not essential).
* Managing Agent experience
