Building Services Engineer (Mechanical)

Are you looking for a step up in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) based in a Local Authority in Essex.

Post: Building Services Engineer (Mechanical)

Rate: £36,000 - £42,000 per year

The main duties of the role are as follows;

* To focus on commercial mechanical engineering and your day to day activities will cover some design tasks along with producing specifications.
* Undertake project management and contract management of the commercial mechanical services.
* To handle projects from inception to completion ensuring all deadlines are met along with monitoring the contractors by completing weekly KPI reports and pre/post inspections.
* To be responsible for the signing off contractors works, therefore all work completed must meet building regulations and standards.


* You will need a proven track record of mechanical engineering and project/contract management covering similar work which can be from either the client side or a customer facing role.
* A qualification of a HNC, HND, BEng or HND in the relative field is also required.
