Senior Building Surveyor

An established private consultancy in the City of London is looking to add to their expanding Building Consultancy team through the hire of an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor with residential property expertise.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will enjoy a varied and challenging workload for top clients across both private and public sectors with substantial residential property portfolios. You will enjoy a good balance of project and professional assignments including refurbishment and new-build.

The role

* Contract administration
* Defect diagnosis
* Technical due diligence and building surveys
* Pre-acquisition advice
* Dilapidations
* Schedules of condition

The successful Senior Building Surveyor

* At least 5 years experience, ideally with a good amount focusing on residential work
* Good communication skills
* Experience across both project and professional work
* Driven, ambitious and organised
